Appreciate every single thing in life

Try to slow down amidst the hurried life, observe carefully the things around you, and once pay attention to the little things in life. When you have a heart of gratitude for everything around you, you will realize the miraculous laws of nature, and then you will automatically feel happy. Learn to appreciate everything that appears in your life.


Connect with optimistic and positive people

The external factor that deeply influences an individual's happiness is relationships. Therefore, if you want to be happy, actively connect with optimistic people who make you feel valued, who can make your life richer, happier, and more meaningful.


Learn to "change positions"

When we start to "change positions" with others and put ourselves in their shoes, we will look at life with a forgiving heart along with an objective view and empathy. From there, our lives may decrease in animosity and become happier.


Never stop learning

Knowledge is endless! Continuous learning and training will help our minds stay youthful and energetic, thereby makes we feel that life is truly meaningful.

When we use our brains for learning, we will pay less attention to unpleasant things. At the same time, maintaining learning creates a sense that we are constantly growing and improving every day, happier.


Be ready to accept, face difficulties, challenges

When faced with challenges, difficulties in life, happy people will not let themselves fall and fall into a negative state. Instead, they are ready to face challenges, strive to find solutions, and solve them. This will help themselves gain confidence, trust in their ability to accomplish anything, and overcome any challenges that come their way.


Do what you actually love

On average, each person spends more than a third of their life working, so the profession, the work we choose has a great impact on our happiness. If conditions do not really allow, try to find joy and meaning in your current job, or find ways to nurture a personal hobby.


Live for the present

When you feel bored, it means you are living for the past. When you feel worried, it means you are living for the future. But when you feel content, happy, and peaceful, that's when you are living for the present.


Laugh more

Laughter is the most powerful "medicine" that can resist negative emotions, anger, and irritation. Harvard University studies have shown that the action of "smiling" can increase your sense of happiness. So, laugh more to deal with the "rigors" of life!


Learn to forgive

An individual's resentment and anger are forms of self-"punishment." When you start to forgive, you are also treating yourself well. Everyone makes mistakes, the important thing is through those mistakes, we learn and gradually mature to become a better version of the past.


Express gratitude often

Always cherish those who are by your side, those who help you in difficult times, adversity. Express your gratitude to those who have made your life better in some way, large or small.


Focus on what you're doing - the art of "flow" state

When you start to put your mind, heart, and soul into what you're doing, you're truly creating a state of happiness, called "flow." When living in our own "flow," you will care less about what others think or say about you and be less "disturbed" by unnecessary, unimportant things.


Put in your best effort

There is nothing that makes you feel regretful like "you didn't really put in your best effort," it's just that you didn't say it. So, always give your all on the "journey" to our success. When you have given your best effort, even if the result is not as expected, you will not feel regretful.
